Refund policy
If Bloomingo isn't for you, you can have your money back within 30 days, with no questions asked.

How to ask
Paddle, our reseller, handles every refund. Within 30 days of buying, reply to your receipt, or find your order at paddle.net and ask for a refund there. You can also write to us athello@doddle.software, and we'll ask Paddle for you.
What happens after
- The money goes back to how you paid. Paddle says it can take up to 5 days to show on your statement.
- The licence ends. Your devices find out the next time they check, at most a day later, and Bloomingo turns read-only: your boards are safe, and you can still read and export them.
- If you change your mind, you can buy Bloomingo again, and editing comes back.
After 30 days
After 30 days we don't usually give refunds, but write to us if something went wrong and we'll look at it. Nothing here takes away your rights under consumer law: if Bloomingo is faulty or not as described, you can ask for it to be put right, or for your money back.
